Message to door

TextSend the message

Use the script below or write it your own way: her name, the date, the time, how long, the hotel. No name in mind? Describe the evening and ask for two suggestions from the line-up.

CheckConfirm who and where

The desk replies and asks for three details: your full name, the hotel, the room number. For a private residence it verifies the address instead. Those details confirm the booking and serve no other purpose.

SecureHold the time

Send the deposit by bank transfer to the account given in the same chat: 25 percent for a standard hotel or residence visit, 50 percent for overnights, events and travel. Receipt is confirmed and you get an arrival time.

ArriveOpen the door

She messages as she sets off, and again from the lobby if you chose to meet downstairs. Dressed for the building, on time, unremarkable to the front desk.

SettleSettle the balance

Cash in pounds when she arrives, unless you paid the full amount by transfer in advance. Then put the phone face down.

StayStay, or say goodnight

Hoping for longer? Say so before the booked time ends, not after. Otherwise she leaves on the minute agreed, and the booking is closed.

How fast it moves

The desk answers within 15 minutes, day and night, and a simple central booking is usually confirmed in that same exchange. From confirmation, a hotel in the West End or Mayfair is typically 30 to 45 minutes away, and the City of London 40 to 60. Airports need planning: message about Heathrow at least two hours ahead, and about Gatwick at least three.

Why three details, every time

The questions are brief and identical for everyone. A real name and a real room tell her the booking is genuine before she crosses the city after midnight. They also tell you the desk treats the evening properly. Nothing goes into a client database and nothing is passed to the hotel.

Requests that mean it is not us

No photos of ID or bank cards. No card numbers. No gift cards, vouchers or cryptocurrency. No surprise release fee or insurance charge halfway through a chat. Deposits go only to account details sent in your own booking thread. If a message asks for anything on that list, stop replying.

If the plan changes

Move or cancel with 3 hours or more notice and there is no charge. Inside 2 hours, 50 percent applies, and a no-show pays the full fee. The agreed time carries 15 minutes of grace. Every figure, from the one hour line to the overnight, is on the rates page.
