Toned and athletic: five companions who keep good time
MORNINGS FIRST. Five women whose days begin with something that takes effort: a tennis court, a saddle, a ballet barre, a flower market at dawn, a long walk with a sketchbook. Punctuality is the habit those routines leave behind, and in a hotel lobby it counts.
On height, Tina measures 158 cm and Angelika 172, with the other three in between. Three of the five are regulars at Heathrow hotels, where arriving on time matters most. The other two, Angelika and Sonya, are mostly booked in the West End.

COURT: Angelika
Angelika plays tennis most mornings and listens to live jazz most nights. Black hair, brown eyes, 172 cm. Her diary opens at 7pm with West End hotels first, and her evenings tend to route through Ronnie Scott's for the late set. She books best for two hours or longer.
SADDLE: Laura
Laura, 169 cm with green eyes, rides at weekends, skis each winter and keeps a list of small Italian towns she means to finish. From Paddington she is one train from the Hilton serving Terminal 5. In central London she often accepts same day bookings from noon.
MARKET: Nora
Nora, 166 cm and honey blonde, is choosing flowers before most guests are awake. She designs clothes in her spare hours and treats a practical airport hotel as a reason to open champagne. A day of notice for Heathrow, please.
BARRE: Sonya
Sonya, 162 cm, spent years in ballet class and still meditates daily. She is the early evening specialist, roughly 5pm to 10pm, beginning around St James's. Give her three hours or the dinner date and let her set the pace.
SKETCHBOOK: Tina
Tina, 158 cm, has an athlete's build and a designer's eye, sketching jackets the way she thinks they should have been cut. Saturday mornings go to digging through records. For Heathrow she likes to be at your hotel soon after you land at Terminal 2.
An early start, not an early finish
A morning routine does not mean a short night. Angelika is still good company after a late jazz set, and Laura and Nora will stay for a full night at an airport hotel. What the routine gives is steadiness: they arrive when they say, they notice when a guest has come off a long flight, and they know how to make a quiet evening feel restful rather than flat.
An airport overnight with Laura or Nora is £1,800 for ten hours; half is paid ahead, and the travel element of that half is not refunded. Mention your flight time so breakfast fits before check-out.
Booking one of the five
Laura, Nora or Tina at an airport hotel means three hours at least, their journey included, so £700 is the starting figure. Angelika and Sonya are mostly town bookings, from £250 for the hour and travel included in Zones 1 and 2. A simple room visit works with all five, and the deposit for a standard hotel booking is 25 percent by bank transfer.
